The rules for using Henerals
The service
These terms apply to Henerals, operated by Nio Martinez in the Philippines. Henerals is an independent adaptation of Game of the Generals. The public website describes the game; the web app provides practice and connected play. Native applications are currently development builds and are not published store releases.
Accounts and fair play
You must be at least 13 to create an account, and if you are under 18 you should use Henerals with a parent or guardian's permission. Keep your sign-in credentials private and use an account you are entitled to access. Choose a username, biography and avatar that do not impersonate another person or include abusive or unlawful content.
Follow the Henerals rules. Do not manipulate ratings or experience, collude to manufacture results, exploit bugs, interfere with other players' connections, or use unauthorized assistance in online games. Report suspected problems through the available report controls or hello@henerals.com. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or unrelated sensitive information in a report.
Matches and availability
Match clocks, setup deadlines, disconnections and win conditions are governed by the selected mode and published rules. Practice does not award online ratings or experience. Development changes, maintenance and outages can affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted play or a particular rank, rating or result. To the extent the law allows, Henerals is provided as it is and as available, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from play or from service interruptions.
Player content and safety
You retain your rights in content you submit. You allow Henerals to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you use, including public profiles and private safety reports. Use the block and report controls when needed. If an account breaks these terms or the rules, we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close the account, and we may keep related safety records. If you believe an action was a mistake, contact hello@henerals.com; we review such messages but cannot promise a particular outcome or timeframe.
Cosmetics and future purchases
Current included cosmetics can change the appearance and sounds of your game. Paid cosmetics, subscriptions and advertising are not currently offered. Any future purchases must show their price, contents and applicable purchase, cancellation and restoration terms before payment.
Privacy, changes, law and contact
The Privacy policy explains the handling of personal information. We will show the effective date of these terms and explain material changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
